My A/C unit was leaking refrigerant so I reached out to a few HVAC companies through Yelp. I received a response from Jesus, the owner within minutes. He offered to stop by the next day to give a free estimate. Many other companies wanted to charge 80$ just to come out to take a look and give an estimate – but if you don’t like their estimate, you’re stuck with them or out the 80$. Compared to other free quotes I received, they were by far the cheapest. They discovered a leak in the evaporator coil, and found the part was still under warranty. They went through the whole process of filing the warranty claim and dealing with Lennox who, through my own experience, has terrible customer support. Throughout the whole warranty claim process Jesus kept in contact with me and answered my texts very promptly whenever I had any questions. Once they received the new part they were there the same day installing it. He and his team were extremely friendly and professional and I would absolutely recommend them.
