Needed to get central air installed so I reached out to Jesus at Logic. He was very responsive and had great communication after I hired him for the job and on top of that, his prices can’t be beaten. My AC/heater was 30 years old and needed some love. I called around for quotes and Jesus from Logic was on top of it! He was one of the first to respond, offered a competitive price, and had availability 2 days later to do the install. The team got it done in a day, coming back the following morning just to complete odds and ends. Additionally, after running the AC all summer – we experienced some scary smoke upon running the heat for the first time. The lead tech, Cesar, came out after hours to make sure everything was safe and verified the smoke we were experiencing was actually from the CO wildfires (ash everywhere!). Really appreciated the care, quick response times, solid work, and fair prices.

Our first experience with Logic was via a service call dispatched by our home warranty company – you honestly never know what you’re going to get in terms of work quality and professionalism when going through the home warranty, and we geared ourselves up for whatever may come when we saw that this new, unknown entity would be coming out to our house to do repairs. We were blown away by Logic’s responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Cesar was quick to contact me and schedule the visit promptly for the following morning. He showed up on time, patiently talked me through his troubleshooting and repair steps per my request, and took the time to wait after he did his magic on our furnace to make sure that the problem was actually fixed. It WAS fixed, and no problems since. We were so impressed by our experience with Cesar on the service call that we had Logic bid a new install in another area of our house. They took time to research the best unit for our needs and ended up recommending an option we hadn’t even considered (and I might add that their recommendation was far from the most expensive option; our original idea would have been twice the cost and they persuaded us that the less-costly route would more than suit our needs – they were right). The bid acceptance process was all online and super easy, plus, they were able to schedule the work within a week. The crew showed up on time and completed a quality installation that totally exceeded our expectations. Communication throughout was amazing and they left the site as clean as they found it when they were finished. All in all, Logic is a gem of a company comprised of a team of professional, knowledgeable technicians who take obvious pride in their work. Highly recommended.

My A/C unit was leaking refrigerant so I reached out to a few HVAC companies through Yelp. I received a response from Jesus, the owner within minutes. He offered to stop by the next day to give a free estimate. Many other companies wanted to charge 80$ just to come out to take a look and give an estimate – but if you don’t like their estimate, you’re stuck with them or out the 80$. Compared to other free quotes I received, they were by far the cheapest. They discovered a leak in the evaporator coil and found the part was still under warranty. They went through the whole process of filing the warranty claim and dealing with Lennox who, through my own experience, has terrible customer support. Throughout the whole warranty claim process, Jesus kept in contact with me and answered my texts very promptly whenever I had any questions. Once they received the new part they were there the same day installing it. He and his team were extremely friendly and professional and I would absolutely recommend them.
